Scrapebox and clicks on URLs

I have just started a massive Scrapebox blast to filter an auto approve
list. Out of sheer curiosity I put a clicktracker as a target URL and, low
and behold, as soon as I started blasting I started to get clicks. CTR is
like 0.6%. 100 clicks out of 15000 submissions and only a small portion
(around 2500) of these submissions reported as successful.

It looks to me like legit clicks. Now the question is, is it so? And if yes,
what to do with this traffic?

IMO theres nothing to do with the traffic, they are probably just people who are curious about your comment/url so if they like your site/product/content they will stay plain and simple.
