Scrapebox Advice Needed - Thanks!

One thing i have never been able to figure out properly is whether it is more efficient to "mass-blast" your link with SB to hundreds or thousands of sites, blogs etc, or if it's better to get like 50 high PR sites and manually go about posting quality comments together with your link on them...?

How does this relate to Scrapebox + Clickbank type of situation?

my real experience and i still do it till now.. the best is 50 high PR sites.. wether it manual or automatic..

thousands of SB blasting is very low quality.. because their really spammy..
