scrapebox addons not working?

My add ons won't come up in scrapebox. They used to, but for some reason they wont now. Is anyone else having this issue? The addons I use the most are the rapid indexer and the TDNAM thing to find domains. Anyone have a solution to this or a similar problem? Thanks in advance.

yea addon windows dies itself within a fraction of second. i dont know why.it was working properly couple of days back.Contacted Support. Waiting for reply.
 
I can't start any addon at all. Anyone got a reply from the support?
 
Same here , contacted the support , but still no answer
 
yesterday i bought scrapebox and i have used addons no problems found !

Today there was an update available, guys try updating it !

Does your email have a bunch of numbers in it? That's the only email i've received lately about addons not running, which i replied to exactly 24 hours ago requesting more info about what AV software is being used and i've had no reply back from that.

So i'll ask here, anyone having problems with the Addons what AV, Firewall or security software are you running? There may be something in common, because ScrapeBox doesn't kill it's own addons something else has to.
 
hi sweetfunny it was my email... my scrapebox is working just fine now... i restored the PC to some day back by booting the PC to safe mode. i dont know what was causing the problem.anyway you were quick to respond via email. appreciate it!!

Maybe you had the same problem and you can help me.

I have purchased the SB and activated it but when I'm trying to download
blacklist/names/emails/addons

It shows me the size of file to be downloaded waits for a while and after tells me that the download is complete however it still stays on 0 out of xxxxx bytes (0/1678 bytes)

Other functions work fine. Just this one that gives troubles :(

[SOLVED]
The problem was the connection. Changed the location of the city and the wifi spot and now it works like a charm!

So I would say it had to do something with the router/router settings.
Probably Firewall

I had even trouble when I started Scrapebox, it couldn't acces servers to recognize my license. The Add-ons don't come up, even the Proxy Checker isn't able to check proxies. At first i thought maybe its a virus :|
 
Rework...Ive got the same problem, how did you change your location etc??

Rufus, what was your problem? i can't start any addons even if i reinstall them,
bhsupernewb you use a vpn or what was your workaround?

  1. I'm just told "file mismatch......." everytime I try to access the addons menu, I cant use any of them, support tells me its a machine specific problem. Ive tried everything and am at my wits end!
 
Same problem with mine now. Addon windows do not come up. Proxie, email generator etc come up fine. Using AVG, zonealarm and adaware. Have updated to the latest version and have sent a support email.
 
The addons are not showing for me also how do i fix this?
 
Did you mean, when you click on "Show Available Addons"?
I just checked mine and it works fine. You might need to reinstall your SB.
