Scrapebox 403 error

Hi Guys

I'm new to BHW and I was trying to hold back in posting any questions until I read the posts a little and got a grasp of things but I am stuck and need help.

Ok, so I'm trying to learn SEO and get my own business ranked at the top on google for my local area, I would also like to (eventually) offer the service to my clients as part of my business.

After reading some posts i've decided to get Scrapebox, I then followed a Scrapebox tutorial from Jacob King and i'm stuck with the proxies part. Basically I decided to buy 50 proxies from slimproxies and when I do a proxie test i get a 403 error.

My computer setup is a Macbook Pro running MACOS Sierra with Parallels installed and running Windows 10.

I'm not sure if it's due to firewalls etc or if it's todo with proxies but the Proxies in the Scrapebox Tutorial work straight away which worries me.

Am i doing something wrong? Are these bad proxies? (Good feedback on here though)

do proxies work on other things? do they show working in scrapebox proxy check?
do they show google green just using proxy test
test them in proxy test - let us no if they show green google pass
or failed.

Slimproxies have got in touch and it turns out I never Authorised my IP to use them, done this and it now works.

Great work to slimproxies.

Have you tested these proxies in the browser? If these proxies are working fine in the browser then may be the firewall in your pc is blocking it.

Glad you issue got resolved. Everytime when the proxy won't work then check your ip by simply vising iplocation.net in your pc browser then authorize that ip in your simplyproxy account panel. That's it.
