i just bought 10 private proxies, and without use they are blocked. How can this be?

I think you need to request Google passed proxies and tell them what you will be using the proxies for.

Maybe you set them up wrong in SB. :-/ Try using them just to connect to a webpage. You will then have your answer.

Try scraping Yahoo

The proxies are blocked for harvesting or they are not working at all? Why don't you create a support ticket with squidproxies and ask them about your issue?
