I have had scrapeboard for a few days now, and I have been making a fair bit of progress with it. I am reading a lot of stories about people being unhappy with it, and most of them are fair complaints too. Despite this I really want this software to be awesome, so I am persevering, and starting to see some good results. My Biggest complaints: I love the cloud Text questing solving idea, where answers of those silly text questions are saved on SB servers, and solved automatically when others try and create account on that specific forum....however, so far this simply isn't working. I am answering the same questions over and over...so clearly it's not learning anything. My other complaint is at the moment it's got a bug where is hums along only using 3% of my CPU, then all of a sudden goes mental, and shots to 100% and crashes...that needs fixing. Improved captcha solving would be good, and save me a heap with my decaptcha....but I am realistic with my expectations on this. Tips for others: I am getting 100's of profiles with this software now - the crashing issue mentioned above being the only thing stopping me from getting 1000's ...I struggled at first...heres whats working now: I don't have private proxies...I am using the free ones....but I only use them for harvesting to avoid getting SE bans. I turn off the proxies for posting...working much better. I am harvesting fresh lists using large generic keyword lists. Using cpanel email from own domains helps a lot - signups don't end up in spam folder, and you can download all the messages via pop3 unlike with gmail. Feature idea: This probably wouldn't work as the type of users SB likely has would kill it...but AMR uses user submitted directories to add to the public list of possible sites to post to....using a similar theory SB could record sites that have had successful profiles created onto them to central DB, and allow uses to down this list...so rather than everyone hammering all forums, just the vunerable ones would get hammered - and everyone would get higher success rate.... could work? Just a few thoughts on this software and my progress with it anyway....I really want it to be awesome, and I think it's very close to being damn useful anyway.
