Scrape websites like iconosquare etc for multiple users info/bios

I've been trying to do Chris Makara's tutorial of using SEO tools to scrape iconosquare pages with mass users' information into an excel sheet.
I am not good at programming and I'm not familiar with it at all. I think I'm doing something wrong. I don't know how to find the right Xpath to copy and paste into the formula to scrape the data. Does anyone have a tutorial on how to do that? Does anyone maybe have a bot, program, or strategy to scrape mass instagram user's data based on a tag (or other query) search into an excel sheet or something similar, to browse their bios in large quantity?

If someone can prove to have a working bot/program I may consider buying it!
