Scrape User's Followers

I want to know how to Scrape all the user's followers. There's some bot or tool or service to help me with that job?

To optimize the list of high quality usernames, I need to apply some filters: also follows determined user, have tweeted recently and have some keywords in the bio.

Anyone can help me?

http://twittermoneybot.com has an Advanced (username) Scraper, you can scrape usernames by your keywords. You can't scrape other users followers but you can follow their followers automatically with the TMB.

TMB is a good bot, bur it's not what I'm looking for. What I need is a list of thousends of usernames of my niche. So, I will send Tweets mentioning this users with a Call To Action to a Twitter main account.

You can already scrape usernames with your keywords in TMB with the Advanced Scraper, for your exact niche.

TMB has also mention generator, you can send your links to them.

And even if you got another bot to scrape user IDs from other users followers, TMB has a user ID to username converter tool.

But you only need a bot which can scrape other users followers as usernames, if I got you right.
 
Even I am badly looking for same/similar thing:

Followers of a certain user (in list format)

The followers should not be dead.
 
you can scrape ~1,2 mil flwr ( /username, or more?) with the free java tool
twitteridscraper offered @ bhw

this tool outputs only the id's, use the id's with filters with i. e. twidiumapp, twittermoneybot (or followliker?)
