Scrape Tumblr Notes

Hi,

Does anyone have a script/bot (or can code one for a price) that will scrape a tumblr posts notes for users who have liked/reblogged that post?
The idea is that if we get and follow users who like and reblog posts related to our niche then chances are they will like/reblog our posts in the future.
I believe it is better to follow active rebloggers and would like something like this to play with!
