Scrape or Buy lists for GSA?

Hey guys,

I'm about to buy the software needed do do my own linkbuilding in the next week, just trying to learn it for now by using tutorials and stuff. I'm just wondering if For Tier 2 and 3 if you guys scrape your own lists or just buy lists or use free lists? Does having Tier 2 being contextual matter? The spun articles I use will be about my niche but does the site themselves have to be? I'm guessing no.

i scraped my own list, but it is very time consuming and require some patients. Sometime it is better off buying.

with scraping, it takes a while to build your own big list. like above said if you have patience go for it, but if you dont just buy one.
