hi i would like someone to scrape me up some smf or expression profile forum sites with pr 4 and higher and a few edu and gov ..

they need to have the ability to put in signinture, preferably would like automatic account approval and only a capture option no extra little questions

This is the hardest part because you need to verify each forum. How much are you willing to pay?
