scrape id's from my twitter account!

Hi guys i own tweetfollowing but it does not allow me to scrape id's from twitter. I am looking to scrape my own page of around 2000 followers.
If someone could do this as a favour for me this would be great ! I may have repeat work involved afterwards P.M
