scrape GMB reviews into spreadsheet & generate personalised email comment using AI based on review

- scrape a list of businesses from Google maps per location and number of reviews
- extract a 5 star review from their account into a spreadsheet
- have a custom comment generated by AI (eg ChatGPT) on a spreadsheet for every business based on that 5 star review
