Scrape follower which I also follow from a specific account

To be more accurate, in certain account there are 3 sections: Followers, Following, and Followers you follow.
So I need to scrape the list of followers in the last section (Example URL: https://twitter.com/twitterdev/followers_you_follow).
Is anyone know what tools or api that I can workaround this?

You can search google for a good Api tools that work perfect for this but I believe you can do this manual with copy paste method.

Manually copy paste could work if there is only a few. But my situation need to binge through quite many account.
