Scrape, Filter, Post Automatically WP?

Hey guys, this is kinda new to me and I'm not the most tech savvy person so I thought I'd look for some directions.

Basically, I'm looking to add a small job feed on a WP website, where I would be able to automatically scrape certain websites for particular phrase / search terms, filter fresh info and add this to the feed, all automatically.

Would that work with any RSS autoblogging solution like WPMU Dev, or should I be looking into hiring someone to code a custom plugin for something more precise and efficient?
