Scrape fb accounts from USA,Canada,UK...(relevant countries)?

Hi guys,

I want to create a few fb accounts and add people just from the relevant money making countries and try to promote my website. So I was wondering if anyone can give an explanation of how to target them(is there any tool or maybe to scrape them by interests, or will it help if i create an fb acc from a us ip address), because i always start with adding people from the USA but somehow i end up with people from Latin America or India and etc(friends that don't convert). Thanks
