Scrape Facebook Emails | Buy email lists

I have a seo client (i'm just doing seo for his site) and now he wants to buy some email lists so he asked me if i know anything about this subject. I haven't made any research about buying email lists etc, so i think that a good idea is to scrape targeted email lists from groups or fan pages in facebook that are related to his niche rather than buying one. What's your opinion? do you have any experience on buying or scraping email lists? Also how i can scrape email lists from fan page or groups in facebook, i already have scrapebox but i dont really know if scrapebox is capable for something like that. Is there any programm that can do this job for me? dont care if it is commercial or free. Any help would be really appreciated

P.S: I made a quick research in google and i found some programms that say that can do this job but i prefer some member suggestions and reviews from bhw community!

I have tried to do this before but because fbook displays the email address as images it is hard to do.....but that was about a year ago not sure if anyone knows another way.

If they are displayed as images then this idea is off. But perhaps i could scrape sites and forums related to his niche and then grab members emails, any1 tried this ? or have something better to suggest ? I believe that scraping emails (even not related to his niche) would a lot better than buying an email list. Your opinions?
