I made a python script for personal use while back that scrapes emails from Instagram business accounts, however it requires the user ids as input and not usernames.

You can use scrapebox (with proxy) or just any webpage scraper.

I don't think there is any tool that is available in the market that can specifically do this task, hire a programmer or do it your own, but I recommend proxies for limitation.
