can i use the same proxie list over again that i did mass commenting with yesterday? or do i have to get new proxies every day?

Chances are you will have to reharvest new proxies every day. The public proxies you used yesterday will either be burnt out or blocked by Google. Some manage to continue going, but mostly not. Save the ones that are fine into a text file.

Harvest New proxies + check them. Remove the failed once. Then add+merge from the file into the new list for a few extra proxies.

Proxies can die within seconds. Everytime you are going to use public proxies for some big project I would suggest harvesting and checking new ones.
