I want to gather list of backlinks of my competitor website to start building links for my website from there. Is scrapebox will allow me to gather backlinks of any website? How many backlinks it will show? All backlinks or limited number of backlinks? ...

I assume that you want to spy your competitor's backlinks, if yes then scrapebox isn't a link analyzing tool. You've to use ahrefs, majesticseo, seo spyglas, openlinkprofiler or opensiteexplorer for that.

Yes you can do this in ScrapeBox, you can get 1,000 backlinks per URL. You can export just the backlinks as a .txt file, or export the backlinks and corresponding domain it links to as an .xlsx spreadsheet to use in Excel. The one and only Loopline has made a video on this feature here:
