Scrape Box - How to harvest URL's off a page

Hey guys, I'm trying to collect a list of URL's from a page. I have a lot of pages and I need scrapebox to copy all of the URL's listed on each page. Anyone know how I can do this? Thanks

Addons -> Link Extractor. Then choose the external links radio button.

I assume you're referring to ScrapeBox. Where can I download the latest version? Also, I have a database of business names and addresses/phone number which I need to somehow find their websites (ie google.ca searches) and then scrape email addresses. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks
