Scrape a target profile's connections

I am looking for a method or tool that will scrape a target LinkedIn profile's connections. Does anyone have experience doing this or does linkedin obscure a profile's connections?

Linkedin generally tries to limit scraping as a possibility. Unless you have mutual connections you won't be able to see another profile's connections and even then it's often limited by their individual privacy settings so they'd have to be 1st tier connections. I'd say your best bet would be building up a good profile with which people would like to connect so you have more 2nd and 3rd tier connections which would theoretically give you some options to scrape a targets connections but if Linkedin detects automated behavior on your profile it's pretty much done.

I just got the sales navigator trial and I am a first order connection with the target profile. Sales Nav says there are 4.5k results when I filter for his connections. I think I can just scrape this list?
