Scorecard Pop-up Advertisement?

I just got a pop-up while visiting the main forums section on BHW asking me a bunch of info and it said it was Scorecard Advertising. I was wondering if anyone else has gotten this recently and if it is something that was implemented by BHW or someone got into their system?

I had it pop up a few months ago, almost twice a week, then it stopped ?

but now back again this week, wtf?

I've gotten it a few times. I think it's just a random user experience survey thing...
