scheduling tweets

what is the best software to do this. i thought humminbird allows it but it keeps saying coming soon when i click on it

Depends what you mean by scheduling - if you want it to post every x minutes then a simple CURL script and cron are your best bet.

If you want to be completely random you can still do the above but you would have to put some random delays in the code, not hard but may still not work out as random as you want.

I use socialoomph because of the ease that you can schedule tweets on multiple accounts, amongst the other features it offers. You really can't go wrong with that service.
