Schedule tweets from a txt/csv list

Hello,

I have a list of tweet descriptions and animated gifs images sorted like this:

description|gifurl
description|gifurl
...

I would like to queue those tweets to post 24 of them per day on one account. I tried tweetadder but it transforms animated gifs to fixed images.
