If you gonna scrape hashtag / user followers, its fine you can do alot of request / account. But if you gonna scrape based on location, use fewer request, because they very strict of that.

Also, if you gonna scrape, make sure that your account is aged, have some post , pp and bio. If you use fresh account, you're gonna banned easily...

About proxies. Yes its very important, but not so important as aged account. Why? Because you can use 1 proxies for multiple accs without banned, until your proxies spotted by instagram, so the account that u use for scraping will be automatically get temporary banned / instant ban. If you put 1 accs with 1 proxies, im pretty sure it will be fine. Because im sure that 1 account request limit is fewer than 1 proxies request limit.

400 Requests per account seems a bit ambitious given IGs current reputation of blocks and flags. I would suggest you to start somewhere from 50 and go till 100 and tweak the settings sometimes. Trial and error is a part of automation tbh.

Yeah random traffic kind a sucks,still better than nothing,find something that appeals to a very big audience.
