Scared of App Installs

Hey all, I keep looking at different app installs / keyword installs companies (there are a couple that look good), but I am nervous about doing it and potentially losing my Google Play / App Store account. I've asked some of these companies if their services violate the TOS for each store, and of course I've been told they do not. But, in your experience, is this accurate? Should I stop being a big baby and just try it out? Can this actually help me?

I've been unable to get much traction on any of my apps/games even after doing ASO (well, trying to), and I have been considering this service.

Didn't mean to get long winded. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Secondly, to get profit these days on games and apps you need high retention and specfic niche.

overthwise ... don't even hope ... the store is saturated ... only if you are lucky
