I've read a lot of turtorials here and there, but can someone please advise if its a no no, to this question :P

When watching the scrapebox videos it displays a list of names and how you can make them random using names.txt.

However does this mean your achor text is like follows.

Code:
<a href="http://example.com>Joe Blogs</a>

So surely the anchor text shown in the above example Joe blogs? if say for example im promoting a car site couldnt I write a list of names like relevant to my anchor text

Like names.txt

Cheap Cars
Online Cars
Budget Cars

let me know if this is bad or advisable.

Thanks.

Only if your blog list is autoapprove and scrape many more variations of keyword to use first that's what I do to get my backlinks crawled

yes you will want the anchors to be your keywords

you can do it in 3 differents ways
search you tube videos, there are some good examples there

I haven't seen any ranking difference in using random names (Joe, Tim etc) over targeted keywords (2nd tier) using SB

I used keywords as names when using Scrapebox and for me this is a good step for doing comments and links.
