Scapebox automation or command line?

Is there a way to get scrapebox to do a blast and then have it change to a different website and different comment,email files,etc and do a different blast without intervention. Sort of like you put it all in a file telling it what to do and after each blast, or perhaps being able to run it off the command line with arguments then closing it and have run again with different arguments.

Thats not what I need though, because I already have a list of sites to blast.

You could create and save projects in scrapebox for each site, then use WinAutomation to run scrapebox, would be fairly easy to set up.
