Scantools Backlinks?

I started a site 13 months ago, I have zero quality most links are from spam sites who copy my content and paste on their domain.

Most of competitors have scan tools backlinks like topdomain.net that helps grab the top spot.

I know it's bad, but having none is the worst. Does anybody know a way that notifies my domain to these tools?

Ps: The niche is specific, has 4-5 competitors only.

I don't think backlinks from those websites will do anything for your rankings. I'd just forget about them and focus on creating quality content and manual outreach for earning/buying HQ backlinks.

Yes, I know they won't anything but in most niches A shitty DR 35 outranks , the most valuable DR 0.5 sites

Dis avow any bad links and move on.
