Scanning through 'href' attributes on the web

Is there a way to search only the contents of 'href' attributes on the web? For example, I enter 'http://example.com' and a list of results is returned with websites that have links with 'http://example.com' in their source code?


Edit: You know what's funny when I posted this, the answer popped in my head. I'll just use backlink counting tools. I guess it's the way I looked at it at first that made me think of it differently. Sorry folks.
