Scammers are getting better and better!

Honestly, I don't think scammers are getting smarter and smarter.
It's more people are getting more dumb and desperate by the day.

For example, I was going mint an NFT that was just launching an hour or two ago.

I started getting DMs that looked "somewhat legit", even the domain was pretty similar, magiceden.apps or whatever it was as opposed to magiceden.io

I was feeling the rush of I need to make sure I don't miss out, but my "im not a fucking idiot" kicked in when I noticed, that URL doesn't look right.

Sure you got these people thinking they're special and deserve to trick the system that get scammed.

But idk if stupid and desperate is the right term if you falling for this:

It is not really the amount you see as incoming transactions. Most of the transactions are done by themselves so as to attract more people.

the thing with phone scams is that they target mostly old folks. at least in my country, they target exclusively very old folks. so you have a 70+ old grandma living alone who is being told her niece got kidnapped and to hand over the money, and some bitch is over the phone feigning to be her and urging her. with covid and the recent data leaks, scams and robery ramped up (they called feigning they were from the government). with crypto, its mostly young or middle-aged people who get scammed. i do feel sorry for them but at some point, i started rolling my eyes at people donating to "Elon Musk".
 
Youtube should look on comments, viewers know about this kind of things to be happened, youtube should look all these things, don't trust these kind of videos.

Do you think that people who fall for this scam check the scammers crypto addresses on blockchain.com? If they knew blockchain.com, they wouldn't fall to such fraud.
Scammers only show "FAKE TRANSACTIONS" generated by javascript on their site, "NOT REAL".

$14k is a lot of money to make from such a scam. Something needs to be done about these kind of things on YouTube.

My father came to me and said "Tron has an official cloud mining campaign, I want to invest in this." They are giving %5 of your deposit each day as "a share of their profit". Early investors will get their money and tell other people to invest in this but you know what eventually happens in Ponzi schemes.

People are getting scammed millions on these websites. Warn your elders who are interested in cryptocurrencies :)

I really cannot understand how this streams are up for 2 or more hours without youtube account termination? I ask because before some months a go I tried to get some old youtube accounts and broadcast commercial video, trying to sell products from my dropshiping store. Guess what happens? My video was having no viewers and then its getting deleted because of violations after no more then 10 minutes... So how they are manage to do that and keep their video up for hours?
 
Stay updated and learn everyday to avoid these type of scam tricks

I've heard that sometimes scammers add their own btc to those addresses so people think that some people actually deposit, when the funds are really from the scammer lol
 
There are a lot of scammers in the crypto industry. they destroy the investments of ignorant people.
