Scammers are destroying my job

As you see, we have many new pink users each month. They actually pop from nowhere just to scam clients. This problem is doing my job hard as everyone is scamming ... I'm giving clear and honest answers with everything they need but there is no trust!

My sales are decreasing each month and it's not good anymore (for only google ads). I think mods should do something about pink users ? They shouldn't be allowed to sell services or mods can add an automated message on top of their chats like [ this user isn't VIP, so you can't send money to him/her]

What's your idea ? I know there are a lot threads about this but it's getting out of hand

I totally agree with you. This scammer wave is killing trust for everyone, and it's unfair to honest sellers. Your idea is spot-on, mods must restrict pink users from selling or add clear warnings. Without action, this platform will become unusable. Need trust to survive.

I can easily smell them from miles before but newbies can't. 90% of pink users are scamming I guarantee this

They are just putting an ai to answer all haf and wtb threads to get the most sales. They are even getting better, opening sales thread and bumping it with new users.

This is pissing me off. My thread has 5 pages but all the chats are mo as I don't want to take my clients

There will always be competition, no matter what field you choose.
I believe you should focus on providing quality service with honesty. When people trust you, they will come back again, and that’s how you build long-term clients.

I think you're beating a dead horse here. This has always been happening, and in the last 15 months it has gone completely bananas.

Scammers have simply started using this forum, especially the HAF/WB section for scamming and nothing else. They make a nice living by buying these memberships and shilling their BH ads or cloaker services in HAF, with signatures linking to their TG. I think the majority of members won't fall for it, as the method is now widely known. But newbies who have no idea how this forum works will fall into their trap, and that's their target group.

It won’t stop or slow down unless something like a high-risk policy is put in place. But remember that as long as there is demand, there will be supply, though the latter may not always exist ;)

The fun part is that they talk like you with bold letters btw it's not about trust or quality. I'm providing both but the sales aren't getting better

The problem is that the new users won't trust anyone else after that. The only solution is verifying identity and increase the Jr price maybe

I can easily find thousands of accounts for sale with dead cheap prices and pay the membership with crypto .

I really don't want to do this but the system is forcing me somehow. I think admins should do something asap ...

We are doing something. Everytime a new report shows up we take action.
Without a report, or solid proofs we cannot act.

For the newbie members we have the Newbie Guide , guides like How to Buy
How to avoid Scams , the staff member @MrDenz took some time creating this awesome guide to
Avoid Scams on Telegram and Communicate Securely on BHW .

We just need new members to read, and spend time on the forum before doing any business.
The resources to avoid being scammed are there.
 
I've probably got scammed 3 times here. One disputed , one didn't even bother, the other one just got banned. But honestly I don't think I can blame any of the mods, can't say "I got F'ed cause you didn't make it harder for them to scam me". Mods have been a blessing to me so far and I salute them for dealing with countless bs reports and have to dig which accounts to get banned and which should not.

I've worked on sales and your main enemy/goal will be trust, if they can't trust you, no matter how handsome you appear or good you talk, its a lost sale. Unfortunately this is the nature.

You need to report them. We understand you're frustrated but if you report them then we can help you.
 
I remember the times when if I need anything first come here to buy....

In the last 3 years I was scammed two from three times...
 
BHW in general has the best Marketplace Moderation compared to any other similar forums out there. There is no other place where each report is treated with as much care and attention as in BHW.

Buyers just need to make reports if its a scam so the seller can get banned, doubt it will be worth for them to buy membership for each sale they make.
 
i usually report and the Mod's TAT is super fast to get the post/member banned.
A lot of times the ones scamming are sloppy and would leave major fingerprints/break some rule

The problem is that many clients don't bother themselves to do it. All my clients are saying "I've been scammed last times so..." . This is a repetitive thing for PPC I think .

Im doing the same as I see one scammer...
 
Sorry to hear. You can check their profile and feedback. Also just start with a small test order if it's your first time to purchase from them.
 
We need to differentiate between legitimate and fake promotional calls. In my personal experience, some people intentionally try to scam you. They focus on your money, rush you, and offer maximum discounts to pressure you into placing an order.

Be aware of those who only talk about offers and avoid providing proper information. It’s best to avoid conversations on Telegram. Using BHW inbox messages or Microsoft Teams is usually a safer option.

So what are YOU doing to instill trust between you and your customer? Are you conducting business via DMs or a ticket system? Or are you pushing customers to TG where the conversation can just disappear at a moment's notice and the username can be changed? Are you suggesting they pay through crypto, or via payment methods where they can get their money back easier like Paypal? Are you suggesting escrow for big transactions?

Just some food for thought.
 
I was scammed by blue users as well. Unfortunately, no one is immune to this, and guarantors are needed to prevent it.

I always do all these for clients:

1. Giving all the pricings with charging fees + screenshots and videos from different types of accounts

2. View access to all accounts before purchasing.

3. Accepting escrow for big transactions but I still have big ones with crypto as many prefer it

4. Actually 90% of clients are PMing on telegram before bhw so it's not on me but I always answer in DMs

Actually we have a 24/7 Support that answers under 2 minutes
