guy's can you tell what will i do to this guy..
i take a joint venture to him and pay $200
and he take it after that its hard to reach him until i file a dispute in paypal then paypal send me a email that i can't file a dispute because of digital file or something but i still pm here almost everyday but didn't get any response to him.. should i consider him as a scammer?

yes he is i post that he post a comment on some post last june 19 but he didn't post any reply on my pm's.

If you feel you are being wronged by him out of your money, then post what details you have along with anything that can help figure out the situation. (e.g. skype convo, payment record, etc)

If you feel you've been wronged post it.
But be warned these things have a way of turning round and biting you on the arse
if you haven't.
You should PM him now and alert him to this thread.

Please double check first and if he/she is a scammer then do a chargeback if u used ur credit or debit card

That seems to happen a lot with these kinds of threads. I rarely see anyone get their money back though.

Wouldn't it be a smart attitude, firstly, give a sign in a value of X%, and later on, give another Z% to avoid any kinda of problem like this? Always following the process of the project..?!
