scammer ?

i wasnt sure were to put this as it maybe or not
a scam

over the last week ive been dealing a possible buyer
to my service. user iphunt3r

this user was about to buy my service, i hadnt heard from him
for 3/4 days, today i get a pm for a payment but when i open
the pm to read - it says banned.

im asking the mods is this a person to avoid ?
as i dont no if its a temp ban for a minor infraction
or a perma ban for something bigger.

any advice from a mod will help me decide on this.

I would ignore any fishy purchase specially when selling proxies. but I think you charge one time fee mailed in a letter?

i do mailed payments only for low post members -
unless there refereed by some 1 ive known
on my service for a long time .
you are correct over the last year ive had about 10-12 mailed payments
form 0 post users.

still i wouldnt even hand out my address to any user who had a perma
ban from bhw - thats why i was wondering if this person is perma or temp
if its temp which = minor infraction np
if its a perma then ide walk away .

its a 7 days ban. you can deal with him, when he is back.

How about a different group for temp banned members with different title under their names so we can identify that automatically? would be good to know who is out for good and who is out for few days.

the reason i asked was it perma or temp
was because i had a temp ban a year ago
for 1 week, but it didnt make me a bad person,
it was for saying something i shouldnt have.
i served my time and learned my lesson

so i was giving this user the benefit of the doubt.
had you said hes perman banned i would be
worried about maybe hes been scamming
money or something.
