Hey,
I was using before, this method :
liking comments by pages, to use facebook as my page, and to like people comments, so they get interested to check my page.
today, I was trying to do it, I got re captcha.

TLDR.

  1. Looks like you wanted real fans.
  2. He gave fake fans.
  3. He offered refund.
  4. You didn't want a refund as he would also remove the fans and you are worried that people will then find out you are just adding fake fans ...which you are.

What are you complaining about?
 
I want money back but he is not giving them

You can't find real fan provider in this world.

There is no legal way in the world to "FORCE SOMEONE TO DO SOMETHING HE MIGHT NOT BE INTERESTED !!"


may be you can find for 100 to 1k fans, but beyond that not possible dude !!

just accept the money back and look for real suppliers for this its hard but 1k real fans doesnt cost 10$
 
He did absolutely nothing wrong. He was courteous enough to offer you a full refund, explain to you the consequences and the situation AND tolerated your unprofessional and aggressive behavior.

Nobody is selling real fans, and even if they are, those would be pricy.

2nd - You should done some research about it all first like mojstermiha's said no one sells real fans.. Also The time it took you to moan about it all you could of made the money back.
