tried the same trick on me, seems to be a jack of all trades ! haha , just a typical scammer !
 
I was scammed too by the same person. 20$ for log in script (or stuff like that I wanted). Wish I had read this before.
 
Got scammed by this person. I made a topic searching in this forum searching for a log in script or something like that. After few hours, he PM me telling to add him on Skype. I was unaware and due to my fault I sent him payment BEFORE realizing that he/she may not have understood what work needed to be done. Should have done that after he/she showed me a sample of work done.

I tried to dispute on PayPal but my fault again (personal payments can't be disputed).

I started doubting when he began writing ellipses.

So rule #1 my friends - don't ever send money on PayPal as personal payment, even if the seller asks you to. They ask you of this so that later you can't dispute them in the case of scam.

ive taken person payments for 5 yrs on bhw to avoid fees - never had any buyers complain
never had to do a refund, never been a problem, where not all rotten apples

Even if I don't have anything to do with this Shit List and I hope that I will not offend OS by posting here I have to say that such kind of behavior is the lowest of the lowest, to lose an account on BHW and as well to have your name shamed for 20 USD is something that I can't understand. I understand to scam for 500+ USD then maybe you may have something to win but ... 20 USD. I try to state here that we have to start to grow up ourselves and to behave - to scam is an art indeed but to do it for such low amounts ...

Several people have told me its within the rules to post after a shitlist has been settled. People who scam
are individuals who don't have a concept as to what a reputation means nor what it is to build a business
model. They may get a little easy money but in the long run they cut themselves short.

Ethically its stupid and business wise its tragic.

Oops, I would have read this post just before committing to him. Just got scammed by him for $25. Beware he has one more skype Id :specialize01
 
If you did not pay by Personal payment also, you will be in trouble. Because paypal doesnt offer dispute for Digital Goods.

I think you are a would be scammer. It is not about money, it is about commitment. I will get disturbed easily if somebody cheat me for even one cent. I would have given that amount to some beggar on the street, not to some scammer.
