Scammer - lilkid4000

I generally don't do these freelancing jobs but this guy posted a thread on Freelancer section and I added him on Skype.

The job is to edit a image with Photoshop.

I finished and delivered it to him on Nov 27th but now I got an dispute email from Paypal.

He left me iTrader on 28th and posted an update on the thread on Nov 29th stating that the job is completed.

This is the comment he wrote on dispute : As promised the service is not offered as per commitment in 15 days.Its a scam and they stole my money.

Looks like this guy is creating fake paypal accounts and scamming everywhere!

lilkid4000 has been notified he has 48 hours to respond.

Its not my paypal account like i told u it was for a friend he maybe opened a case i dont have access to it.

And I paid you for a job not to get my paypal account permabanned cause of the job was not done right by you. Even though he opened the case he is right for that you fucked my paypal up and you want money for fucking me? Hell No I hope he gets it back to and stay with -40

I don't care about whose account was used to send payment but I finished the work as per your requirements with tons of revisions and you said "Job well done". That's it. The contract is over and you sent me payment.

It's not my problem if Paypal banned your "already" limited account. Raising a dispute after two weeks with "As promised the service is not offered as per commitment in 15 days.Its a scam and they stole my money." is utter stupid because I finished the work within a few hrs and sent it to you on that day itself.

This alone shows you're scamming everywhere and buying Paypal accounts to scam even more people. I even rejected your offer about exchanging all your scammed money through Western Union because I'm not that type of guy. I've already informed Paypal about all your scam tactics.

I'll let the Mods decide and hope they take proper action.

It's really simple. It doesn't matter if it was your paypal or not - it was your deal - therefore YOU are responsible for the payment. If he disputes, then it's your account that is in jeopardy. In addition, you not only accepted his work but you gave him positive feedback for it and stated in your Freelancer thread that it was completed. If your account was still closed with that, then that's on you, not him.

So, you have 48 hours to ensure that the dispute is closed - period.

PS. What is sad is just a month a go you posted a SL that never made it public because I discovered you were scammed via skype be someone saying he was someone else... and then this goes down.

PPS. Scratch what I said above.... perma-banned. Via Skype he made it clear he was exactly as mature as his username states - and has no intention of even attempting to close the SL and doesn't even care if he's banned. No problem for me. One less PITA on BHW.

I agree BHW could use an age limit, but if their scammers they can just lie.

That will lead to very few guys making IM as their career. It was the enthusiasm of earning money online that I got when I was 12. If it wasn't for that, I would have been a regular college student looking for a job of slavery in some MNC.

had a similar type myself, took a payment as a gift which i do quite alot
payment got held 2 days, in my boredom i ran the users name on google
showed a FB page of what looked like a 10year old, next the payment gets
released by PP but, the transaction was turned from a gift, to a order requiring
i send a tracking number to PP......the kid got pissed i found his FB page and
removed it the same day, and i refunded his payment with 1 comment ,
how in the hell does one provide a tracking number to PP for proxies.....really
and this is BHW donor.........kids

didnt even bother salt for that one just booted his ass to the curb

I am the one who requested to remove icloud account from my phone. And i know i have contacted someone in US to resolve that issue, He gave me your email to transfer the money. but I have been yelling on him to get it done and nothing happened so far. What kind of services is that. I told him that the phone needs to be able to clear the icloud screen lock after booting the system. So its not happening.


Anyway let me know what you did so we can resolve this issue in an amicable way and my problem is solved. Otherwise i have to get my money back....
