Scammer: Exeutable aka jham0117

Just wanted to make this public. About a week ago I made a thread regarding making changes to a website to change the prices from dollars to bitcoin and create a improved search by location feature on the site. A user by the name of: executable (http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/691320-executable.html) he pm'd me and told me he could do it. We talked on Skype, he told me it would be finished in 72 hours max. We agreed on paying $75 upfront and $75 when the job is done. Well I sent the money upfront, waited 72 hours. I contacted him on skype, he told me he is still working on it. So then I skyped him the next day, no reply, next day, no reply. I made a PayPal claim for my $75 back. His response "what do you mean did not heard from me? i am always online and you have said to me that you already hire other programmer to build the plugin after i already finished creating it." This guy hasn't sent me anything. $75 isn't a big amount, but I want to warn everyone on BHW not to deal with this guy. Executable has been notified he has 48 hours to respond.

PS. Op - how about some actual proof of what you stated above... skype logs, PM/email/payment screenshots... and make sure you remove the personal info (email, full name, telephone # etc) before you post it.

I submitted this thread in a readable format, don't know why it came out in a wall of text.

Also, I would have skype logs but I reformatted my computer the day before I submitted this shitlist

How about screenshots of the PM and the actual PP transaction? (after removing personal info of course).

I just want to add some info on this one, he did scam me too. we talk on skype and payed him $66 upfront. I was hunting for a programmer that can program a simple bot, after 5 days not delivering the promised product I contacted him and said that he was on a "business trip" So I said I could not wait any longer and I need my down payment back, he agreed and told me to wait after 3 days. But even after a week he did not complete the charge back and I was forced to do some escalated claim from PP.
