Scammer Dora Ann

In August i paid 480$ via USDT for 60 reviews in trustpilot and he told me that he would place just a few per week because trustpilot could recognize the review and take it down. So i waited about 2 months for him to place them. Came October there was only 3 reviews and he told me he would not put more because he didn't had a system and that i also didn't had the right for a refund. Last week he talked to me again saying he had a new system and would be placing the reviews again, i was happy because he acknowledged that he was failing with me and now i thought the service would be completed. Well, turns out he only sent about 6 reviews and told me he would not send more until i removed all the posts i made about him, but i don't have to do that because he is the one that is failing here. I just have to remove the posts after i get my money back or my service been fulfilled correctly. Once he did not accepted my terms, he started placing negative reviews in my service so he can destroy my business.
Attached are some proof of messages i exchanged with him, i dont have more because he permanently deleted them on Telegram but fortunately i still had some.
Hope this platform does something about this and stop once and for all this types of sellers here because it is ruining the community and blackmailing the client which in this case was me, so i can delete the bad feedback about him.

If someone walked into your store and bought a tool and it did not work, would you not refund even if you did not offer refunds?
