Scammer alert Fredesvina Diaz Gutierrez

After googling his Paypal name I found this.

Skype name is now ReneePower1 but im sure he has a ton. Wait for him to send you the Paypal receipt and then you will see his real name which is:
Seller's Name: Fredesvinda Diaz Gutierrez
Seller's Email: [email protected]

Paypal does not cover intangible goods like creation of Computer Software services and he must know this. After agreeing to code my bot in a 24 hour period he disappeared only to dispute the Paypal claim but never ever responding to me. I am still waiting to see how this goes, in the meantime I still don't have a bot and i'm out about $174. But at least if I can stop him from scamming someone else i'm happy.

Gather up proofs and screenshots and as suggested post to shitlist. Mods will clear everything up and if guilty he'll be banned.
