SCAMMER ALERT! BlueGlobeSEO - I'm Not the Only One

I recently posted a thread looking for Adwords accounts. BlueGlobeSEO (somehow a JR. VP status) messaged me and added me on Skype. His skype name is smblur1 and *personal info removed*. The paypal address he provided for me to pay him was *Removed*. That is the email address he also used to send me the bogus details of an Adwords account. I'm not sure if it's his name, but *Removed* was associated with that gmail account. Also, at some point he was running a service from here: http://smmhq.com/ (*left in because it is a website included in the transaction*). The site is down now, but anything associated with that name, I'd avoid.

Ok now that we have all his info and details out of the way, onto the case.

He messaged me on July 28 and we began our conversation and process. He offered a working, aged adwords account for $100. He even offered a refund if the account didn't work (I have no idea why I fell for this). He asked to send payment (via gift) to avoid fees, and I wasn't too worried about that, so I did. He did send me details of an Adwords account. However, once I tried to log in, the password did not work. I emailed and messaged him letting him know, and no responses.

The next day, after not hearing a single response, I told him I'd have to take this to the forums, he then finally responded saying he'd work on it, and give me a refund if he couldn't get it working. Well needless to say, I never heard from him since, and he's since removed me from his Skype contact list. I've just been told by someone else I'm working with on BHW that he's also been scammed by the BlueGlobeSEO.

In summary, avoid anything with these details:

I have merged the two threads into one.

BlueGlobeSeo has been notified he has 48 hours to respond it this thread. I will not give alot of leeway here being that I warned him this was coming several days ago when I was first contacted.

PS. I had a short conversation with BlueGlobeSeo via skype tonight. He is aware of this SL - therefore, whether he logs into his BHW account or not, he has the given time frame to respond - or he will be perma-banned.

I also need to add on this since I am the one being referred by OP as "I've just been told by someone else I'm working with on BHW that he's also been scammed by the BlueGlobeSEO."

He message me about my need to have funds on Skrill (the not allowed trade) and offered that he can do it. But after sending the $300, he keeps on delaying things - minutes turned into hours and then went offline after telling me "doing it now". It would be a long conversation, but let me just put the one that really sounds scam to me:

I think he is somewhere from Middle East contrary to his Skype Location that says : CA, United States. I think he just wanted to get some funds on his paypal to refund the people he had scammed before me. In short, he doesn't have the $400 in his skrill account as he bragged so.

I hire BlueGlobeSeo to make a project, I pay and he disspapear with money.

I contact them, but he remove me from skype. In fact, I understand I got fooled, and I was stupid because I pay first.

I just recently called Paypal, and informed them that I was deceived into sending as a gift/personal transaction. I provided them details and background as to what happened. Although they cannot guarantee a refund, they will attempt (and it sounded pretty good that I might get my money back). I did inform them that I was not the only one. They suggested that I let others know, whomever might have been scammed, to call Paypal and report the same issue so that his account can be flagged and receive negative marks. So pick up the phone and call Paypal if you guys were scammed by this guy, best of luck!

I just received an update from my Paypal stating that the "seller has disputed the claim and provided an explanation." So clearly, he's making up whatever excuses or fighting back. So hopefully anyone and everyone affected by him can report him so that his Paypal account can be flagged, further showing that he is indeed scamming people.

This guy is why I took my skype down from this site.

He also goes by BlueHatSEO and is a MOD at the SEO Forum at NamePros, but because there he uses his REAL NAME I will NOT post it here. This guy has been doing scams since before 2005

Basically this is what happened, he posted a thread a few days or a week ago asking that he wanted to purchase a fully verified paypal account which he later edit and deleted it, I was dumb enough to fall for that and skype him about it.

I provided him a fully verified paypal account worth 60 dollars, he changed the email and password, then blocked/removed me off skype.

Due to the specific details nature I could not post the whole skype conversation because it may jeoperdise both parties' personal info.

As far as BlueGlobeSEO, I have changed his name color permanently to red. I have seen enough creditable info from different members to be sure this is the right decision.

the saddest part about reading this thread is, there are so many ways large/small
to make money on bhw, but for the small few rather than work hard make a name for
yourself and a product, they would rather take money from people promising an item they
dont have and will never deliver, even worse when its one of us blue guys.

What sucks even more is that his accounts > paypal, email, name will never be posted here. So, an easy re-signing up here would repeat and rinse his evil activity. Maybe right now, he has another account lurking months ago and ready to strike again.... He clearly is scamming people with brute intention of deceiving them.

Update - After taking the case to Paypal, and even showing proof, Paypal ruled against my favor (I'm not sure why as I provided chat history to prove this). "Seller described services." I was hoping others would have reported to Paypal, but I guess not enough did to flag his account.

So I think it was total bullshit, but I suppose it could've been worse. $100 isn't that much compared to what others have lost to this piece of sh*t seller. A valuable lesson learned: if doing any type of business on here or any of the other forums, be sure to always "Send as goods/services." That should help your case should something like this happen again.

Nah that won't help much. If doing sizable business with a new seller always fund your PP payment with a credit card. That way you have recourse through your CC when PP gets it wrong.

Before you buy something on the forums make sure it is OP Approved and multiple people have reviewed it as working/5 stars!
