scammed

i call them twice. but there support team is not good. my 1st call they transfered me 5 times to other customer service.
2nd time i call the support only told me if ihavent recieved the email.

You said you are living in the Phil's. It's easy to create another PP account. No public database here to check.

You are probably using a braodband stick / modem as i-net connection. Globe, Sun, Smart, Wi-Max, Wi-Tribe are all dynamic ip. Just get a new bank account and a prepaid CC ( BPI has a good one ) come up with a "new" identity and you are ready to rock again. Don't forget to clear all your cookies and flash's. Or a new user account on your pc.

If you don't have the deposit money for a new bank account or need help in any other way drop me a PM. Always need something done and a few thousand piso is earned fast

It gave the sense, that you must be careful with people you do not know.

Paypal can be scanned with a particular password software. But to direct the money to buy goods or send to other banks, it will not work, because the owners will do the refund paypal

It is called greed. When greeds blinds you , it is the best time for a scammer to win.
Sorry to hear you had to learn this lesson the hard way. :-(

PP normally doesn't report to credit so just walk away from debt if you can't win. But you may be able to win. The scammer may have paid with a stealth PP account and even if you WIN he doesn't care, since he got his money out... so there is a chance you could get this back after a few weeks. Give PP what they need for your case and cross your fingers.

Don't give up , and don't trust people. :-)
 
Is it just me that gets a sense of bullshit here, and maybe OP is the actual scammer looking for bits of advice on how to get out of a tricky situation.

I don't think the OP is 100% innocent in this, because I don't think he's dumb enough to believe that they were going to give him $1000 to borrow his paypal account to do something legit (very common scam...lead the victim to believe that they're going to scam a 3rd party, but the whole point is to scam the victim), but on the other hand, never underestimate the stupidity of a person desperate for money.

Can't help but feel sorry no matter how harsh the lesson.

I know the feeling needing money that badly, I'm even considering prostitution if deemed necessary. Living with limited opportunities in this country can make judgements clouded.
 
Seriously now, Contact paypal, You cannot trust stranger calling you PM me lets see if we can get to the bottom of this, PayPal has case resolver so i don't think it cannot be resolved.
 
Can't believe you fell for that but hope you get it resolved, contact paypal and tell them everything.

That would be like a guy who was fronting the money to do a drug deal and got ripped off when his associates took off with the cash and then the guy going to the police.

How did these guys find you? its very easy to stop a dispute on paypal, you should have answered the emails from paypal and use one of the tracking numbers provided by the ebay sellers to stop the dispute or claim it was for digital goods and the dispute wouldn't have gone through

What they did was to send easily diputable money transfer to his account and then used his computer to buy hard goods, for which legit tracking was provided and everything. It's going to be pretty impossible for him to win a dispute. The scammers know better than anyone else what you can and can not dispute.
