no, they did not use teamviewer to transfer there money to me. but we use teamviewer to buy there stuff and use my paypal to pay
Why would paypal help him, when he was trying to make a quick $1K by violating paypal rules?
Probably because they have IP record of logging into their paypal from your IP and doing the transfer.

When someone approaches you with that amount of money involved and you met for the first time, it is never a good idea.

Your money is gone. You're not getting it back. Yes you were scammed, but you're not a victim here. You were gullible, but you were also far too eager to do something that was incredibly shady. This may sound harsh, but this is the price you've got to pay. Find a way to deal with it and move on.

Will I win in the dispute I made because I dispute the iphone 6 they bought,
After 3hours they bought I dispute it and put a note dont ship or deliver the product for I am not from us and I am not the one who bought that.
The seller replied said theybe delivered the iphone the same day march 26th with a tracking # by ups, thry escalate it to paypal to decide. If I win this case they will not get anymone from me.

Wow, a fellow Pinoy got scammed online? Kapatid, why on earth would you trust a total stranger? I mean, they will only use your Paypal and you will have instant $1,000? If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is! Never, ever let anyone use your computer more importantly sensitive stuff like Paypal, bank accounts...

You may not get your money back, but contact paypal regardless and inform them of the situation to prevent it from happening to others.
Keep a few things in mind when dealing with money:
-People are greedy, mean, manipulative, and do not care about you in any way, shape, or form.
NEVER deal with strangers online if it has to do with money. Actually, never deal with strangers anywhere if it has to do with money. If we dig deeper, be wary of people you know if it has to do with money because even if you know them well, they just have more to lose, but that won't stop them from taking from you.
Like anything else, always do your due diligence and keep yourself informed. You never want to get caught in the open as scammers look for that sort of vulnerability.

I wonder if we were dealing with the same guy on Skype. I too was scammed, having to do with iphone 6. Heres what happened: I list on ebay for him to dropship, get sales, then i send him money, then he lies saying it shipped and sent no tracking numbers, then buyers dispute me for never getting iphones, and you know the rest.

Unless you are dealing with a reputable wholesaler with whom you have built a long standing relationship with, then do not try and flip goods thinking you are going to make a quick buck. It may work once, Lord knows I have done it, but I knew where the wholesaler lived. You live and you learn in IM.

Whats your skype? yeah the scammers bought an iphone 6 and the seler shiped it the same day and told on the note that the buyer already recieved the iphone 6 in the same day.

YES! Best Lesson ive ever had ...
In this situation it hurts me most is i got banned, i dont care about the money because i can earn that again, but the payment gateway my client use is now gone and i cant find a good paypal alternative here in my country.

im scared not, i searched alot of reviews what happen if paypal ban you, it will automatic all the accounts that have my name and surname.
also i cant remove my bank account and debitcard connected to paypal.
