Hi, im in a big problem I can call it scam or m be being so stupid, yesterday march 26,2015 a group of guy skype me telling that I will earn if I let them send there money to me and use it to buy them stuff in ebay.. They send me 3000 usd using JIM BUSHAMOTORS And we use teamviewer a application used for group able them to use my computer virtually. And they buy stuff at ebay using there account , paying using my paypal that has 3000. Today they disputed the 3k they sent and leavinge -3000 on my paypal They dispute and it automatically been reveresed. I disputed all the stuff they bough in ebay. But the other seller didnt refund leaving -800 and my 700 usd fund is gone

I`m sure there is a way to resolve this issue.You were very naive to believe in such a scheme.
 
How much did they offer you? Where do you live? Where did they live, have you got their email address, was their paypal verified, etc?
Have you got skype/email logs of your conversation with them?

they offer me 1000 usd, yes there paypal is verified i got there shipping address
and the middle mans conversation

im from philippines and the shipping address they all put is all in US
 
Just Call a Paypal Customer Support, They Will Help You If You Have Proof
 
The only thing that i cant get into my mind is how and why paypal escalated the dispute they make quickly.
in 30mins paypal close the dispute case they filed and reversed the transaction giving back there 3000

It has your computers finger prints all over the transaction, PayPal only has to take a look at the ip used and know that you used their account. That is why they used team viewer, so your ip is the only one used. You are lucky you don't get arrested for fraud.
 
Call paypal/ create your own dispute saying they have access your account and found under deception. Never accept a deal thats two damn good to be true. Even in IM.

no i didnt use there account its my account who paid there stuff on ebay coz they send 3000 to my paypal
