Scammed

I have been scammed by EX QUISTE , He took my $20 thats the first installment for coding a project , now no response , when I am emailing him , he responds
with "WHO ARE YOU " ? Doesnt respond with a pm on BHW. Please BHW help me.

Please remove my limit so that I can post necessary links and details.

i hired and paid him 80$ last week via paypal and he has gone missing he doesn't reply to my messages on skype he's made to make me a bot, he said that he will deliver the work in 48 hours but all was lies. but i learnt something , if you hire someone make a milestone in freelancer that way you wont be scammed.

How did you come into contact with this member when this thread is 3 + months old and you have not been a registered member for more than a few hours?
