I have been scammed by EX QUISTE , He took my $20 thats the first installment for coding a project , now no response , when I am emailing him , he responds
with "WHO ARE YOU " ? Doesnt respond with a pm on BHW. Please BHW help me.

I cant post a link to his profile but you can see his skype there. Also he has made a offer on my previous post for social panel

I can post transaction screenshots and also all the necessary conversation details.

Check the spelling of the accused member. There is no one by that forum name. The closest is this:

just few words: did you finish the work or the thing you were supposed to be paid for?
if NO! and if you didn't refund. then you're a scammer!

it's just $20, refund it if not, just don't bother reply!

if u have paid tru paypal then raise the issue with them or if u have used any other service raise the issue with them... they will take action and in BHW as others suggested post this on shit list
