Scammed - Paypal issue

Hi guys,

I'm almost 100% sure that I've been scammed. For around 1k to be precise.
So here is the case:

I paid him daily for leads on a PPD network and sent him an XX percent of the earnings. Almost a month later my account is banned so I lost 1k.
I paid him using Paypal. Is there any way to get my money back? Using their refunding system?

it will be tough .. and i dont think they will refund.
they refund if some is not delivering but if a account is getting banned because of bought traffic they will not pay.

PayPal usually does not want to do anything with disputes that are about "intangible items", such as services, etc. I've seen a few people win their cases, but the majority doesn't.

Ahh, expected it but that really sucks. And what about a fake dispute?
