PaySwat just handcuffed my neighbours kid. Man this guys are nasty ....
They asked me if I don't know anybody underage, outside the US, that owns 3400 to paypal. I ain't a snitch but ... this guys have the paymobile and the helipal, they'll get you quick.

3400 is not that much for someone who is like 16 or 17. As far as I understand many Americans that age have a car that is easily worth a couple thousand dollars.

You buy Bitcoin and they guy refunds you $3400? Surely, your the scammer if you don't either give the guy his bitcoins back or send him his money?
