yesterday night I bought an electric bike on facebook for 320 euros, he said it was perfect and ready to use so I tried itt, it was fine so i paid and I left going back home with the bike. While im going back home in the middle of the road the pedal is starting to loosen and it FELL!!! Now I contacted the guy whom I bought it he said he used it last saturday and it was fine. Now then I told him yes it was fine when I tried but the more you pedal the more the screw loosen and now I know that there is a problem with the bike which he didnt told me. There was a problem with the bike which he didnt informed me and I already gave him the money
i was going to use the bike to deliver foods here in italy using the app GLOVO. The money I earned is for me to buy a bike which I can use to deliver foods. I told him that he can take 50 euros for the time and ill bring back to him the bike so that i can have my money back. Which he didnt agreed and he told me that i told ok which is no turning back. yes i told him it was ok because I tried it and yes but without knowing the more I use it the screw loosen before I saw the problem which he didnt mentioned to me while I was trying the bike. So I beg him to give me my money back because I need it to buy a fine bike which I can use to earn money. BUT HE BLOCKED ME. Then to day I went to the police and told them exactly what happened and they told me they cant do anything The police here are useless here in italy im sorry. Now I lost my 320 euros like for nothing and Im not even covered by buyer protection on facebook and police are useless. I dont know what to do now. im lost.If you know something I can do to report this guy please help. 320 euros isnt easy form me to earn money. YES i can fix the bike instead but didnt know there was this problem only if I knew i wouldnt buy the bike
